Let’s recap on what we have covered so far.

We started with getting you a Road Map, where we helped you determine the types of jobs suitable to you, and how to set goals to get there.

We then moved to the Luggage module where we guided you to create all the resources you need to pack for your job search journey.

Next lesson we move into the Vehicle module, where you will learn the fastest ways to find work. Here we will look at networking, conducting informational interviews, and answering advertised positions online.

But before we get into that, a question for you…. Have you ever thought about starting your own business? Sometimes when we consider finding employment, the answer lies in creating our own employment, by starting our own business.

Just an idea, but maybe one you would like to pursue.

Another question for you…. Did you know the government helps people just like you start your own business? It’s called the NEIS program, and stands for ‘New Enterprise Incentive Scheme’.  It’s an Australian government initiative to assist eligible job seekers who are interested in starting and running a small business.

If you would like to know more about this, watch this week’s video.
